Delete Your Pinvia Account
You can delete your Pinvia account at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data afterward.
Delete from the app
- Open Pinvia
- Go to your Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm deletion
Request deletion by email
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@pinvia.co. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

- Your check-in history and stamps
- Your Pete and all customizations
- Your saved events and businesses
- Your XP, Pete Coins, and rewards history
What is retained
Transaction records for ticket and cover charge purchases are retained for up to 7 years for legal and financial compliance purposes.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account will be removed within 30 days of your request.
