How do I get Pinvia?

Pinvia is free on iPhone. You can download it from the App Store. Android is on the way.

Does Pinvia cost anything?

No. Downloading and using Pinvia is free. Some events or venues may sell tickets or charge a cover through the app, but the app itself is free.

Which neighborhoods is Pinvia in?

Right now Pinvia is live in the Castro, in San Francisco. The Mission is next, and we're expanding across the city over time.

I run a business. How do I get on Pinvia?

We'd love to have you. Head to our For Business page and fill out the short application. A founder reads every one and gets back to you.

I bought a ticket or paid a cover and need help.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email us and we'll take care of it. Once our privacy policy is posted here, it will spell out exactly how your data is handled.
